Return Policy

Returns are accepted on physical items within 14 days of shipment arrival, date provided by delivery service. Send us an email detailing the type of refund you would like, the reason for the refund, your order number, your name, and any other information for the type of refund as detailed below.

Types of Refunds:

Damages & Missing pieces -Send a photo or video showing the state the product was received in.

Missing Packages -If the product was not received, a screenshot of the delivery notice if possible.

Unsatisfied with the product- Note stating why you would like a refund.

Clothing Returns-If the item is an article of clothing that has been opened and worn. We ask that it is washed and dried prior to shipping.

Final Sale – Final sale items are not subject to be refunded but may be returned at the expense of the customer.

If it is requested that you return the item, you will receive a full refund once the item is received by the seller. The customer will pay for shipping unless the item is missing, damaged/ missing pieces, or otherwise stated by the seller in which case it will be given in store credit.

If the item is not to your satisfaction, you may return the item for a full refund.

If one of the following occurs: the item is damaged, missing pieces, or not returned when received by the seller, a full refund will not be provided.

If the item is damaged upon being received, not what was ordered, or is missing pieces you are eligible for a full refund. The item can also be exchanged for another item that is the same or the same price.  

Refund Process (Generalized)

Send an email to the seller with the requested information.

Receive a response email from the seller containing the necessary steps for your return

If shipping the item is requested, ship to the address provided, with the item in the original packaging, if available.

Seller will submit a request that a refund be provided to the named purchaser on the initial method of payment used. At which point, it is up to the payment company, to reimburse the requested funds.

Privacy Policy

To our knowledge, (ITRHS/MrsHyde), your information will not be sold or shared with outside companies. Your name, and email address, are subject to be used by the seller for personalized ads directed at the named customer. Your general shipping location, such as your state, may be used to create area-based reports on sales made and item interests.

Terms and Conditions

All text, images, and products are the intellectual property of ITRHS/MrsHyde, unless otherwise stated. All pieces of intellectual property that do not belong to the above-named party are cited with the name available on the original and where it was found. If you believe your intellectual property is shown and would like it removed, email us at intotherabbitholeshoppers@gmail.com with your name, contact information, and the piece of intellectual property in question (including site page, and description of piece).

If any piece of intellectual property is taken from the site and posted elsewhere, resold, or used to recreate identical pieces without the permission of ITRHS/MrsHyde, will be subject to legal action.

Shipping Policy

The item will ship 2-5 days once the order is placed, and payment has been processed. Items that may take longer will be otherwise stated through email correspondence for customizations added to premade products, custom ordered products not previously made, or delays.
Items will be shipped using USPS (United States Postal Service) or USPS Flat Rate. Tracking will be provided via email once the item has been dropped off at the USPS facility and a tracking number is received.
The product will be shipped in a clearly marked USPS Flat Rate box or unmarked cardboard box. The product will be secured using bubble wrap, newspaper, Styrofoam, or bubble packaging. The shipping label will clearly state the shipper as Into The Rabbit Hole Shoppe.
